Employment promotion for women for the green transformation in Africa (WE4D) (2024-2027).
The programme takes an integrated approach to promoting employment and focuses on three aspects:
1. labour demand (businesses)
2. labour supply (training) and
3. bringing together supply and demand for skilled workers (matching)
WTS Foundation understands the importance of ensuring a safe and secure energy supply, particularly as demand for energy continues to grow globally. One critical aspect of this is providing specialized training and certification programs for the workforce, enabling them to acquire the necessary skills for job matching and to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
In partnership with GIZ, WTS Foundation focuses on aspect 2 (training) and aspect 3 (matching) of the programme.
